1 Agreement to Terms

3 User Accounts and Registration

Eligibility Requirements

4 User Responsibilities and Conduct

5 Cryptocurrency Trading and Investments

Investment Plans

Our Platform offers structured investment plans with specific terms including:

6 Fees and Payment Terms

The following fees apply to transactions on the Platform:

Trading Fees: 0.1% - 0.5% per transaction (maker/taker model)
Deposit Fees: Free for most methods (bank transfers, crypto); 2.5% for credit/debit cards
Withdrawal Fees: Variable based on method (bank transfer: free; crypto: network fees; card: 1.5%)
Investment Management Fee: Included in APY calculations
Inactivity Fee: $10/month after 12 months of account dormancy

					Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to CoinCapitalpro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoinCapitalpro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your negligence or willful misconduct

12 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

13 Termination

Termination by You

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activities
Prolonged account inactivity (12+ months)
Request by regulatory authorities
Provision of false or misleading information

Upon Termination

If your account is terminated for cause, we may freeze your assets for up to 90 days pending investigation. Legitimate funds will be returned minus applicable fees and damages.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York, New York.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, NOT ON A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Assignment

Force Majeure
